I am so pleased with the reception we received from our new menu and the small plates. The small plates are gaining so much popularity we are going to feature them every night. We will introduce a new menu every Tuesday and then run it thru the rest of the week.

Mariah and I taught a cooking class for the young adults Saturday the 26th. It was a wonderful morning, the class made a tossed salad with home made vinaigrette, a chicken casserole and cookie bars for dessert. We made a sample to sample and each person took their creation home for dinner.

Tuesday night specials this month are; Southern buffet on the 5th with fried chicken and meatloaf, pasta buffet on the 12th, wing and salad bar on the 19th and to conclude the month BBQ and Ice cream on the deck on the 26th. The wing bar was a smash in April, so if you missed it please make a note to be there on the 19th.

We want to take advantage of the patio as much as possible before it get to hot. Friday the 15th will be steak night on the patio and Family night on the 30th with grilled burgers, hot dogs and all the fixings.

Mother's Day is Sunday the 10th, please make reservations early. The cost of The Buffet is $16.95 for adults, 8.95 for children 10 and under, children under 5 complimentary.

A couple new for the summer: to take some stress of the snack bar, the main kitchen will offer a “bar menu” during the afternoon in the lounge. Please see the bartender to order.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings the pool snack bar will stay open until 8 with a pool side menu. Please make plans to have dinner by the pool.
