In addition to our regular dining menu which changes with the seasons, Chef Waters prepares special menu selections on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for the culinary enjoyment of our members. These specials may include fresh fish, regional favorites, or other of Chef Rick's specialties.

On Wednesday and Thursdays the Early Bird Special lasts from 5:30 until 7:00 and features special entrees for only $10.00. On occasion Chef Rick offers small plate specials for $5.00 each. These appetizer sized portions can be ordered alone or with several choices for an appetizer, a light meal, or a full meal. They offer our members a chance to try a variety of somewhat unusual items. Fried frog legs are a favorite with our members, although not necessarily with the frogs who contributed to the meal.
