Limited Golf Cart Trail Plan
After several requests, DCC has developed a Limited Trail Plan for those who may wish
to utilize their own Golf Cart. This plan is primarily for those who may opt to drive a cart
from their place of residence, as well as store a personal cart on-site. As stated, this is
limited plan due to limited space in the cart barn, and will be offered on a first come/first serve basis.
The Club has room for only 10 carts to be stored in our current facility, and the fee structure is as follows:
Annual Fee: $1000.00 per individual (payable upon inception of agreement)*
Or
$100.00 monthly added to your Club Account*
*These fees cover storage, electricity, and cleaning of the carts after each use
Any/all personally owned Golf Carts must fit within the criteria of our current fleet. One
may choose Club Car, Cub Cadet, or Ez-Go, however, we will limit the color choices to
either Green, Tan, or White only. No “hybrid carts” will be allowed – i.e., multi-colored,
modified with lifts, larger tires, grills, etc…these will not fit the image of this Club.
As stated, this is a limited plan based on a first-come/first-served basis, and we will not
allow anyone who may own a cart to “trailer in” and line our parking lot with cart trailers.
