Happy 90th Birthday, Marie
On
March 9, long time DCC member Marie Nebrig celebrated her 90th birthday
and was feted with a luncheon sponsored by the DCC Women's Golf
Association. A great time was had by all. The food was excellent, as
was the company and the occasion. Only the weather failed to cooperate
as it was too wet to play golf, even for avid golfer Marie. But not to
worry - it will soon be dry and Marie will again be rounding the course
chasing her ball down the middle of the fairways.
In honor of
Marie's birthday a world famous poet (Anonymous) was employed to
immortalize the milestone event. His work is displayed below.
