May kicks off the summer with the opening of the Pool, Saturday, May 23rd. The Pool hours are listed in your newsletter. We have also built an outdoor adult beverage station to be used at the Pool during grilling and evening dinner service. We have staffed the Pool with new and returning guards. The Pool Manager is going to be Justin Brown and I know you will find him open and receptive to constructive comments regarding the Pool operation.

DCC FISHING Competition begins Monday, June 1st. Dust off those rods & reels and plan on an afternoon of fun and competition, followed by a cookout on the grounds.

Please note in your newsletter the list of Birthdays in May. There is a revised policy of redeeming your Birthday meal. We no longer send out post cards and you must redeem your meal during your Birthday month. This special half off discount does not apply with any other special event at the Club.

I wish everyone could have see the Easter Egg Hunt the Saturday before Easter. We had divided the Hunt into age groups. The winners of the 4 year old and under Division was Sam & Mac, each one found 32 eggs each. The winners of the 5 to 7 year old Division was won by Banks with a total of 135 eggs, WOW! The 8 year old Division was won by Brooklyn with 90 eggs. We had close to fifty children and their parents during the Easter Egg Hunt which was followed by cookies and punch. Thanks to all who braved a chilly overcast day. The Special "Elmo Eggs" were found by Anna Kate in the 4 and under division, Carson in the 5 to 7 Division and Mary Kay in the 8 and up Division. Thanks for a great day!
