Decatur Country Club
has meeting facilities available to host your groups or clubs for a
single occasion or for weekly meetings. We can accomodate groups of
4-5 members or clubs with 250 members. All needed amenities are
available, including sound systems, video screens, and other items
needed to complete and prepare for your meeting.
Our dining facilities include formal and informal dining rooms, a large
ballroom, a lounge, and an outside dining area when the weather is
suitable. Our chef, Rick Waters, has trained at the Greenbriar Resort
and has gained extensive culinary experience at a number of fine dining
operations and clubs. For small group meetings not requiring your own
food menu, we also serve a wonderful lunch buffet Tuesday through
Friday from 11:00 until 1:00 in the main dining room.
Our facilities are available to members and, on a limited basis, to
non-members, for wedding receptions, banquets, parties, and group
meetings. Our ballroom can seat 250 for dinner or accomodate 350
persons for receptions and other stand-up gatherings. Our golf course
is an excellent venue for golf outings and charity events.
