Steven Blakely at Peoples Bank has offered to finance a
Class A One
membership for those current members who do not wish to pay the entire
$10,000 at one time.
Class A One memberships are not limited to current regular
members. Any DCC member, regular, social, junior, etc, can pay the voluntary
assessment, receive a Class A One membership with voting and liquidation
rights, and maintain their current member class and monthly dues.
If
you are not listed but plan to pay the assessment, or if you know
others who plan to pay the assessment, please call Sheila or John Dupes
at 353-5773.

Please - If possible please vote early so we know we will have the required 150 total votes to approve the restructuring agreement. If we do not have the required number of votes, we will have to adjourn the member meeting until we get the needed votes. Vote "Yes" or vote "No", but vote.

Members Participating In The Voluntary Assessment
To date, the following 38 DCC members have made an unofficial, non-binding agreement
to pay the $10,000 voluntary assessment when the reorganization plan is
approved by the membership. By purchasing a Class A One membership
they will have voting rights and liquidation rights after the
reorganization is complete.
