MEMBER VOTE ON NEW BY-LAWS AND REORGANIZATION
TUESDAY, MAY 18 AT 6:00
We MUST have 150 members vote to have an official vote, and a 2/3 majority to approve the changes. Please vote by proxy if possible so we know how many total votes we have before the member meeting. If we do not have enough votes, we will need to adjourn the meeting until we can receive at least 150 votes. A proxy form is available from a tabb below.
Vote "Yes" or vote "No", but please vote.
Voting "Yes" indicates you approve the reorganization. It does not commit you to pay the voluntary assessment. It does insure the continuation and future success of Decatur Country Club.
