Mr. John Dupes and his family have decided to move back to Morgan County and that is great for Decatur Country Club.
Mr. Dupes just accepted the position of COO/General Manager of Decatur Country Club, offered to him by the Board of Directors. Mr. Dupes has a wide range of experience, including 15 years of high-level management of four of our Country's premier Golf, Tennis, Resort, and Country Club operations.
Mr. Dupes also operated and owned a very specialize company for 11 years which he revitalzed and sold in 2007.
Mr. Dupes has spent the last three years in Private Banking as a Senior Vice President, creating sophisticated debt instruments to assist in the re-capitalization of many struggling Community Banks. He not only brings a diverse background specific to the Club operations, but also the fiscal acumen to assist in the restructuring progression of the Club as a whole.
Sounds like we have been waiting on someone like him for quite sometime. Please come by the office next week and introduce yourself and give Mr. Dupes a big Decatur Country Club welcome.

records keeper is Barbara Callahan. Like Shelia Brewster, Barbara has
been at Decatur Country Club for many years and is avaluable resource
to our club.
