Decatur Country Club Members:
After noticing recently a few of our Members bringing personal coolers and/or placing orders from outside vendors for delivery to the Club property - we felt it best to send a simple reminder as it relates to outside food & beverage on Country Club property.
Any outside food or beverage is prohibited on the Club property - with only two exceptions - a Birthday, Anniversary, or Wedding Cake for a private event - or snack and beverage items for infants and/or toddlers who may not yet have the ability to partake of our available menu items.
The ordering and delivery of food to the premises from any outside vendor is as well prohibited.
All being said, you will be asked to dispose of the items or leave the property should this be witnessed - and should a repeat of the action occur, your membership will be reviewed for suspension or possible termination.
We wish to thank you all in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
